Paul speaks from experience when he offers words of encouragement to temporary employees. Thirteen years ago, Paul was a temporary employee with HCR. Since then, he was hired full time as a manufacturing technician and then promoted to leadhand and later to his current role of supervisor. “I tell temporary employees what I used to tell myself,” says Paul.

His advice for success:

Learn the job quickly and do it as best as possible – even better than the person next to you
Create a positive, lasting impression
Paul recalls having a good experience with HCR. “They were well organized, committed and open-minded to feedback.”
