HCR was not the first agency that Vinod worked with when he first arrived in Canada – however, it was the second and last agency he worked with as he became employed full time as a result of his experience with HCR. Vinod learned about HCR from surfing the Internet. “I was working with another agency for about two weeks before and I wasn’t really happy,” said Vinod. “I found HCR on the Internet and called right away. The staff was very helpful. They offered me a good job with good hours and better pay.”

Within two years, Vinod was hired full time as a machine operator and was then promoted to production supervisor. Vinod, who aspires to be a general manager one day, thanks HCR for their support as they helped him “get his foot in the door” to finding a job with a reputable company.
